Instrumental and Vocal Lessons (indicative starting price) 

• $80 for an hour
• $57 for 45 minutes
• $40 for 30 minutes

Concession or term rates are negotiable with your individual teacher.

Piano practice rooms

We have a limited number of studios with acoustic pianos available for hire for private practice, for long-term or regular hires only. Note that as our administration is carried out by volunteers, we are no longer in a position to provide short-notice, casual hires.

Prices are as follows:

• $25 per hour
• $90/day (up to 8 hours)
• $150/10 hour practice pass (hours to be used within 30 days of initial booking)

Our hire pianos include a Yamaha GH1 grand, Yamaha U3 and U1 professional uprights, and well-maintained student quality Yamaha and Kawai uprights.

Teaching studios

We offer a range of well-equipped teaching studios for qualified music teachers. These start from $20/hour, though use is subject to an Operational Agreement and minimum agreed weekly booking. More information is available here.
